Congressman Brady Lauds Court Decision on Federal Voter Registration Form
April 17, 2012 (Washington, D.C.) The 9th Circuit today decided a case that has far reaching implications for the right to vote. The decision, which requires Arizona to accept the federal voter registration form promulgated by the Election Assistance Commission, which does not require an applicant to show proof of citizenship.
